My thoughts...
A good friend once told me that opening a bottle of wine is like approaching someone of whom you have much interest and would like to know him/her better. If you go at it all brutally and macholy you may attract the wrong kind interest. Instead, one should always approach it gently and lovingly to ensure that once he/she does open up to you, it will everything you wanted it to be...tho this bottle was different! Not sure if it was due to the rubbery cork that this bottle had on or the fact that I was quite eager to go at this bottle after patiently waiting about a month since I bought it to try it out.
